Downloading our free tools

You can download every free tool without giving us any personal information. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this site.

Our email newsletter

If you sign up, we collect your email address, along with the date, time and technical details of your sign-up (such as your IP address) so we have a record of your consent.

Why: to send you our newsletter, with new free tools and tips.
Legal basis: your consent. You confirm it by clicking the link in the confirmation email we send.
How long: until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us.

Our newsletter is run by Kit (kit.com), which stores subscriber details for us and sends our emails. Kit is based in the United States, so your details may be processed there. Kit is required to protect them under recognised safeguards for international transfers. The sign-up form loads a small script from Kit, which may store a little information in your browser so the form works properly.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare briefly processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
